Hi, I’m Brendan Aube—a traditional media artist from Rocky Hill, Connecticut. I studied Illustration at Hartford Art School, where I earned my BFA with a minor in Fine Art. I love creating narrative artwork that tells a story, drawing influence from vintage sci-fi and horror, pulp comics, classic films, and the artists who’ve inspired me since I was a kid. I work in oil paint, and often mix colored pencil and acrylic ink, always exploring new ways to blend media.
Outside of art, I enjoy reading, watching films, collecting comics and vinyl, thrifting, baking, and gardening.
